The Frankfurt-based LifeFit Group has acquired FIT/One, growing to a total of 210 locations with more than 650,000 members, including 45 new studios in Germany and Austria. A multidisciplinary transaction team from BDO AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft supported Waterland's portfolio company with financial and tax due diligence as part of the transaction.
With the agreement on the acquisition of FIT/One Group by LifeFit Group, the group completes its largest transaction to date and is now represented by 210 clubs in Germany and Austria. This strengthens the LifeFit Group's market position in the DACH region and lays the foundation for international expansion with its move into neighbouring Austria. The company's goal is to be present at more than 250 locations by 2028 with the growth course it has embarked on.
