BDO advised ENOPLAN Ingenieurgesellschaft für Energiedienstleistungen mbH (‘ENOPLAN’) on the acquisition of a minority interest in smopi® - Multi Chargepoint Solution GmbH (‘smopi’) with a multidisciplinary transaction team from BDO AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft and BDO Legal Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH under the joint leadership of Jan Odewald (Partner BDO) and Thorsten Schumacher (Lawyer/Partner BDO Legal).
ENOPLAN offers optimised procurement conditions for all grid-based energy types and other energy-related services. By investing in smopi, ENOPLAN, a subsidiary of the RWTÜV Group, will make it easier for its customers to switch to their own e-vehicles.
Smopi, based in Bretzfeld in Baden-Württemberg, develops and operates intelligent charging solutions for electric vehicles.
