The Hamburg-based start-up company Ruuky has a new owner: insolvency administrator Dr Jens-Sören Schröder, a partner at the law firm JOHLKE NIETHAMMER, today concluded a purchase agreement with the Lübeck-based technology expert ‘blau direkt’ following the opening of insolvency proceedings by the Hamburg District Court yesterday.
Following a successful investor process supported by BDO, it has been determined that all of Ruuky's current 19 employees, including the entire founding team, will be retained.
The successful investor process was supported by BDO experts with an interdisciplinary team of specialists from the areas of Financial Services Mergers & Acquisitions and FinTech Growth & NextGen Economy as well as Restructuring.
