BDO advised RWTÜV GmbH on its entry as a strategic investor in isn – innovation network service GmbH. The RWTÜV Group is thus successfully continuing its investments in innovation-oriented start-ups and companies.
For this transaction, RWTÜV once again relied on its long-standing advisors from BDO. The team advised on the performance of the financial and tax due diligence. In legal matters, RWTÜV was supported in the preparation and negotiation of the transaction contracts by a team from BDO Legal Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbh (BDO's legal cooperation partner in Germany) and the Austrian law firm Cerha Hempel.
