BDO advises shareholders of Arthur Friedrichs Kältemittel GmbH in sale to A-Gas

A mutli-disciplinary team of BDO AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft and BDO Legal Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH jointly led by Dr Steffen Eube (BDO AG, Frankfurt/Main) and Thorsten Schumacher (BDO Legal, Düsseldorf) has advised the shareholders of Arthur Friedrichs Kältemittel GmbH (Seevetal, Germany) on the sale of all shares in the company to A-Gas Deutschland GmbH, a company of the English A-Gas group of companies.

Arthur Friedrichs Kältemittel GmbH has been supplying refrigerants for the European market since 1955, most recently in the supply of the European automotive market (OEM market). The company is also active in the maintenance of refrigerant units and offers know-how for new installations.

A-Gas is an international group of companies and a market leader in the supply of refrigerants within its core territories in the UK, Australia and South Africa, and is currently growing its market share in Asia, Americas and Continental Europe.
