BDO advises the London-based Foresight Group on investment in leading ad tech business Nano Interact

An interdisciplinary team from BDO AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in Hamburg under the leadership of Martin Studier (Corporate Finance) provided Foresight with advice in this context. Marcus Lensing (Corporate Finance) assisted with financial due diligence. Tax due diligence was in the hands of Martina Elisabeth Lütticken (Conversion and Transaction Consultancy).

Managing assets worth GBP 2.8 billion, Foresight is a leading independent infrastructure and private equity investment manager. Nano is the first investment announced in 2018 by Foresight.

Nano Interactive was established by Christian Geyer and Carl White in 2010 and is a leading provider of search targeting. Based on their recent search history, Nano Interactive serves relevant display, mobile and video advertisements to internet users. This service is based on a network comprising around 500 million unique profiles and an average of five billion search queries captured per month. Nano Interactive employs around 60 staff in Starnberg, Hamburg, London, Paris, Warsaw and Belgrade.
