BDO advises Fervi SpA on the acquisition of Vogel Germany GmbH & Co. KG

A mutli-disciplinary BDO team led by Thorsten Schumacher (BDO Legal, Düsseldorf) has advised listed Italian Fervi SpA, an established leader in the field of MRO (Materials, Repair and Operations) and active in the areas of designing, manufacturing and sourcing of machinery, tools and equipment, on the acquisition of the entire shareholding in Kevelaer-based Vogel Germany GmbH & Co. KG.

Founded 70 years ago in Kevelaer by Bernhard Vogel senior, Vogel Germany GmbH & Co. KG today is a leading supplier and manufacturer of precision measuring tools and test instruments and provides certain other services to its customers including, cleaning and degreasing, repair and adjustment as well as calibration of measuring tools according to the current testing guidelines.
