BFH: Input tax deduction for company events

The German Federal Fiscal Court (Bundesfinanzhof, BFH) has again ruled on the deduction of input tax for company events in a recent ruling (ruling of 10 May 2023; V R 16/21; published on 27 July 2023) and continues its groundbreaking case law from 2010 (BFH, ruling of 9 December 2010, V R 17/10).
